UTASTAR_Solver_3.12 is designed as a general-purpose tool for supporting multi-criteria decision-making. The decision-maker can formulate any multi-criteria decision-making problem, which must be quantitatively represented in a decision table. Then, they specify their general preferences in the form of rankings of alternatives and identify the most favorable and least favorable options for each criterion. This allows the UTASTAR_Solver_3.12 add-in to handle non-monotonic preferences.
