N.EA team
Negotiation analysis and the formal and economic approach to negotiations is not so popular as the behavioral perspective. N.EA team is a team of researches that work actively to popularize the notion of negotiation analysis in Poland. They manage and conduct many research project devoted to negotiation support, electronic negotiation, decision analysis and group decision making as well as publish joint paper in Polish and international journals.

Tomasz Wachowicz in an associate professor in Department of Operations Research at University of Economics in Katowice (Poland). He graduated from University of Economics in Katowice in 1999 and in December 2004 he defended his PhD thesis in economics entitled: "Quantitative approach in modelling the bilateral business negotiations". In July 2014 he defended his habilitation thesis entitled: "Quantitative methods in supporting the prenegotiation preparation".
